These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Takeoff, an AI-powered material takeoff and bid generation application ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any business you represent. By using the Service, you confirm you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it current.
Takeoff offers a paid subscription with a 7-day free trial. By starting a trial or subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Material takeoffs and bid estimates are generated using AI computer vision and are estimates only. They may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all quantities, pricing, and estimates before submitting a bid to a client. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated output.
You retain ownership of the projects, photos, and bid data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to upload all content you submit.
The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Takeoff and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary technology.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI estimates will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Takeoff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any losses related to bids, project costs, or client relationships.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your account remains inactive. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
